Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions through the Factory Mart online shop and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for your future reference. Please also read our Privacy Policy section regarding personal information provided by you.
- Prices are displayed in British Pounds (Sterling)
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes where appropriate.
- All payments are automatically checked to make sure the Credit/Debit Card has not been reported lost or stolen before the payment is authorised.
- Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and offer alternatives which we think may be suitable. We will not send replacements or send you something you didn’t order without your prior consent.
- We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Returns are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or no longer wanting the item. Where a return is approved, the item must be unopened, with seal intact, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

- For any goods you wish to return, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item and confirm our returns procedure before sending anything back. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and the return process.

We only share your information with trusted third parties where necessary to operate our store and process your order (such as our ecommerce platform and payment providers), or where required by law. - We may change these terms without prior notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
- If you ordered and your discount has not been applied, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time of purchase to claim this back.
