1. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically delivered within

3 to 4 business days after dispatch for UK orders.
5 to 8 business days after dispatch for international orders.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.

2. I haven’t received my delivery. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived after dispatching, within 4 business days for UK and 8 business days for international orders, please email us at support@factory-mart.com with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue promptly.

3. How do I track my package?
Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email, sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. You can also track your package anytime via our Order Tracking Page.

4. My item arrived damaged or incorrect - what should I do?
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us right away. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video. Email all documentation to support@factory-mart.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
